Live the moment.

Welcome

Welcome to Domínio Pica Pau, a peaceful hilltop retreat in the heart of Portugal.

Set on a shared estate with wide-open views and plenty of green, this tranquil spot is home to two separate holiday houses: Capi and Pica Pau.

Each house has its own garden, private swimming pool, and separate entrance, so you can enjoy complete privacy — whether you're staying in one or renting both together.

Slow Down

It’s the kind of place where you can be close, without being crowded.
Come as a couple, a family, or a group of friends. There’s room to gather and space to wander off on your own.

Have long lazy lunches, take a dip whenever you feel like it, or find a quiet spot under a tree and just watch the clouds drift by.

At Domínio Pica Pau, life slows down. That’s exactly the point.

Wander & Discover

Even though it feels like a hidden retreat, Capi is perfectly placed for exploring the best of the region. Stroll through the charming streets of Óbidos, catch some waves in Peniche, or enjoy fresh seafood by the bay in São Martinho do Porto. Fancy a city trip? Coimbra and Lisbon are within easy reach.

Whether you’re here to unwind or explore, Capi is your perfect home base.

Live the Moment

Ride along scenic trails on a mountain bike, catch some waves at one of Portugal’s top surf spots, or perfect your swing on a world-class golf course. Prefer to take it slow? Sink your feet into the golden sand and let the sound of the waves do the rest.
